Each tablet contains 525 mg of ferrous sulfate (equivalent to 105 mg of elemental iron) in our Gradumet® controlled-release vehicle. This supplement also contains ascorbic acid, in the form of sodium ascorbate and Vitamin B Complex including folic acid.
